Morning birds greet the sun. Wind turns leaves into dancers. A river laughs over stones.

What truly brings you joy, without ever having to feel earned?
Joy does not always arrive as a reward for something accomplished. Sometimes it is already moving through your life: a warm breeze, a familiar face, sunlight on the floor. It arrives the moment your spirit remembers its freedom. There is music already moving through your life. You need not create it. You need only let yourself join the dance.
Reflection Practice
Put on a song that stirs something ancient within you. Before you think about how to move, close your eyes and let your body respond in whatever way feels natural. Notice where joy lives before words arrive.
