Flow

In the moments when time stands still, ego drops away, complete immersion in an experience, an act of creating, a moment of expression. Your attention gathers completely around what is in front of you. The hands know what to do next. The words arrive. The body moves. One action seems to call forth the next.

When this card is drawn, you are invited into that rare state where you disappear into the thing you love doing. The clock dissolves. Self-doubt is silenced. There is no audience to impress and no distance between intention and action, you become a conduit of expression.

Simply there, fully absorbed.

Flow is happens when your attention, your ability, and the challenge before you meet in the same place. It is mindful, but beyond mindfulness. Find what makes you forget to check the time. Then give yourself permission to disappear into it.
