Vitality is life expressed freely. Spring sap rises through bare branches, rivers surge with the thaw, and young ferns unfurl after rain. Nothing in nature must be persuaded to come alive. It responds to the conditions that nourish it.
When this card is drawn, notice what consistently restores your energy, awakens your joy, or makes you feel most like yourself. What brings you back into alignment with your body, heart, and spirit? And where have you been giving too little time to the things that make you feel alive?
Vitality grows when you create space for what nourishes you and allow your energy to move toward it. Let yourself follow what strengthens you. Let yourself receive what gives you life. Let yourself move with the current rather than constantly pushing against it.
